Software Engineering Intern Full stack development of internal web tools for any of the following:
- Identification and monitoring of compute farm jobs that waste resources
- Suggestion based scheme to decrease the wait time of a job by inspecting its resource flags
- Creation of dashboard to monitor usage of dedicated resources such as infrastructure VMs and servers and storage
- Dashboard to track Calibre interactive license usage
- Portal for common user disk operations: new disk requests, data deletion requests, metadata updates
- Experience with programming languages, preferably Python
- Demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with UNIX operating system
- Strong English speaking/writing skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Capability to produce adequate technical documentation - preferred
- Strong desire to learn and explore new technologies
- Enjoys working in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment spread across the world
- Ongoing BSc/MSc in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar
- No previous professional experience requirements
