Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing support on HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues, and assisting in the resolution of employee concerns
Manage and maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, benefits enrollment, and payroll information
Coordinate training sessions, track employee participation in development programs, and assist in the implementation of employee performance management systems
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements/Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree OR some college coursework plus
1-3 years of Human Resource experience in HR
Experience with HRIS, talent management, and/or electronic medical record systems
