- Work with internal team on network and IT support issues as needed
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain mobile devices and printers within warehouse
- Day shift- with overtime possibilities covering other shifts
- At least 2 years working experience:
- In a warehouse
- With Windows 10
- Networking
- With O365
- Setting up/troubleshooting/maintaining printers and copier in warehouse
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Other desired experience:
- Working in IT support capacity with mobile devices
- Experience with MAC or apple products
