Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianShift : 3rd, 10pm - 6:30am,Schedule: Tues - Sat or Sun - ThursJob DescriptionResponsible for maintaining the operation of industrial equipment throughout the Distribution Center. Tasks include troubleshooting and repairing various systems and machinery, ensuring the smooth operation of high-speed unit sorters, case sorters, PLC controllers, conveyor controls, and more. You will also perform maintenance services in plumbing, carpentry, and painting.Hard Skills
High-speed unit sorters (Cross Belt, Tilt Tray, Sliding shoe)
Case sorters (Narrow Belt, Pop Up, Sliding Shoe, Swivel wheel)
PLC controllers
Conveyor controls such as Pyramid
Print & Apply systems
Troubleshooting photo eyes, encoders, scanners, dimensioners
VFD controls
ASRS systems (Automatic Storage & Retrieval System)
MDR conveyors (Motorized Drive Roller)
Powered curve conveyors
Electrical knowledge (600v, 480v, 240v, 120v, 24v, 12v)
Transformers
Motor control panels
Replacing and wiring up a 3 phase 480v motor with a brake
Replacing gear box speed reducers
Re-lacing or replacing conveyor belts
Air control systems (Air Compressors, Valves, actuators, cylinders, devices)
Hydraulics (Pumps, hoses, fittings)
Trash compactors and corrugated balers
Reading schematics, blueprints, etc.
Thorough knowledge of all shop tools
