A Typical DayThe Business Analyst III's day is rarely predictable, but it's always focused on understanding business needs, bridging the gap between stakeholders and technology teams, and ultimately delivering valuable solutions that drive business success. A typical day for a Business Analyst III is a dynamic blend of collaboration, independent analysis, and problem-solving. As the Business Analyst III, you will shape the future of customer interaction as a Senior Business Analyst working with our natural language processing-driven IVA system. You'll elicit, analyze, and document requirements while leveraging project management expertise to drive projects from concept to launch. Strong communication and understanding of business analysis methodologies are essential. The B usiness Analyst III will:
Lead meetings and use a variety of techniques to skillfully elicit and document clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirements
Analyze gathered information to create detailed business requirements, test scenarios, use cases, process flows, and other project documentation
Effectively communicate requirements to development teams and ensure their understanding
Participate in user acceptance testing and business validation activities to ensure that solutions meet the defined requirements and business needs
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, technical teams, and senior management
Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement effective solutions to keep them on track
Continuously cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across different departments
Query for ad-hoc data requests
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
Proven track record as a Business Analyst with demonstrable experience in elicitation, analysis, and documentation
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, a keen eye for detail, and sound judgment
Flexibility and adaptability with changes to business needs and priorities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
Highly collaborative team player who also possesses the initiative and self-direction to work independently with minimal supervision
Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Proficiency in JIRA, Snowflake, and SQL
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of relevant work experience
Strong skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
