Woodworking Apprentice Wanted – Carmel-by-the-Sea
I’m a professional woodworker in Carmel-by-the-Sea looking for a motivated part-time apprentice. This is an informal apprenticeship role with a mix of learning and hands-on shop work. I need help around the shop and on the job site from time to time.
What you’ll do:
Assist with woodworking projects in the shop and on site
Learn tool use, techniques, and shop practices
Help maintain tools, organize materials, and keep the shop clean
This role is first and foremost about learning the trade. There will be paid hours offered for certain tasks, especially on-site work where the focus is more on labor and production.
What I’m looking for:
Some familiarity with tools
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Good communicator, curious, and eager to learn
Flexible hours and dependable transportation
If you’re motivated to learn woodworking and don’t mind pitching in with both apprentice-style tasks and jobsite work, I’d like to hear from you.
Please reply with your name, experience, and why you’re interested.
