Position Overview:
As a Painter, you’ll be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and working with a small team on simple and complex painting projects. If you have experience in painting, we’ll provide the opportunity for you to grow and develop further skills while working on diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by sanding, priming, and taping.
Apply paint, stains, and coatings to walls, trim, ceilings, and other surfaces.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist with site setup, cleanup, and handling of materials.
Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail in all work.
Follow safety protocols and ensure your safety and that of the team.
Provide excellent client experience, courteous and punctual.
Provide professional conduct and attitude to our clients and the team.
Must meet deadlines.
Requirements:
Prior experience in painting required.
Lead painter with a minimum of four years of experience.
Willingness to work efficiently.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Ability to work under the guidance of a Lead Painter (for an apprentice).
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
