Forman Position:
Custom home building company seeking to fill a full-time foreman position.
The foreman must have experience in all stages of construction including demolition, foundation, framing, and finish work. Key responsibilities will be to maintain a high standard of workmanship, ability to think critically and solve problems in the field, ability to efficiently run a crew of 2-4 carpenters and apprentices and hit target completion deadlines. Position requires the ability to speak both English and Spanish.
Candidate must be able to keep the crew on task, perform quality checks to make sure that their work is up to par, provide training as needed, and ensure that safety standards are adhered to at all times. In all projects that you supervise you will be responsible for precise and accurate layout and for having the ability to read, interpret, and build to plans from multiple trades.
