Job Summary:
F&M Auto Repair located in Soledad is looking for a FT Repair & Replace experienced technician to join our team. Must have transmission service, tires, fluid flush and general repair experience. The right candidate must have a strong work ethic, be self motivated, be customer oriented, have a positive outlook and have a love for cars!

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Work on and complete their assigned work orders
- Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose accurately
- Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
- Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) for vehicle functionality and longevity
- Maintain tools and equipment in clean, safe and working order
- Other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
The right candidate must have a minimum of:
-2 years experience in the auto repair industry
-Excellent communication skills
-Poses their own tools
-They should be meticulous and thorough
-Be a self motivator with a positive demeanor
-Have a strong work ethic
-Be Team and customer oriented!
