Full Time Service Tech - (General Automotive Maintenance and Repairs)
The Automotive Service Tech position is responsible for the service and maintenance of vehicles including repairs and oil changes, depending on level of knowledge, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
This is a mid level position. Prior experience is required.
The most important qualities we are looking for in a Service Technician candidate are:
Mechanical ability & ability to take instruction
Attention to detail
This individual utilizes their skills to diagnose and complete Minor repairs, Tire Installation and Oil changes.
The Service Technician works with all Service personnel and management to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with manufacturer standards.
Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.
