I need a licensed professional to lay a 5ftx5ftx4inch quality concrete slab on top of an existing larger slab/foundation. In addition, at the same location, I need help drawing up plans and getting an estimate for a retaining wall approximately 4 ft tall and length to be determined/assessed.
