Drew-Massa Cooling, Inc. located in Salinas, California seeks a shipping clerk for full time, year round employment in the produce cooler office. The job entails phone answering, contact with truck drivers (English and Spanish speaking) and forklift drivers at a receiving window, checking orders, processing transport details, and working on fresh produce orders for our Chipotle customer and others.
Ability to converse in Spanish preferred but not required. Familiarity with fresh produce shipping/receiving and produce cooler operations preferred but not required.
Attention to detail is important and knowledge or willingness to learn shipping software is important.
