Respond and resolve client questions and concerns
Communicate proficiently with IRS and Franchise Tax Board (phone)
Tax return assembly
Manage client files with complete confidentiality
Data entry
Simple-light bookkeeping
Maintain office supply inventory
Record and deposit client payments
The hourly rate is $23, we offer PTO & holiday pay. This job is part time, but we do expect our admin assistant to be in the office 25-30 hours a week Monday-Friday until 5:30pm. The weekly hours and start times are negotiable upon employment.
Must be comfortable around dogs as we have an office Beagle.
