Successful wine distributor seeking part-time office manager with bookkeeping experience. This is a home-office job with partially flexible hours.
This position would be located at the employee’s home, with supplied phone, computer, and office supplies. Office hours are Monday-Thursday for 3-4 hours each afternoon, with other hours flexible, for a total of 30-32 hours/week.
Duties would include:
-Processing orders before daily deadlines
-Use of QuickBooks Desktop for accounting duties: A/P, A/R, payroll, account reconciliations, and collections
-Proficiency in Excel is a must
-Daily, weekly and monthly administrative tasks and accurate record-keeping.
-Frequent communication by phone and email
The ideal candidate would be detail-oriented, highly organized, an effective multi-tasker, self-directed with a strong work-ethic, have well-developed computer skills, have extensive QuickBooks experience, have internet proficiency, be a good communicator and have a positive, professional attitude.
