Justin Pauly Architects, a Monterey-based Architecture firm specializing in
residential projects is seeking a part time Office Manager
We are looking for an applicant that can assist with the follow tasks:
day-to-day running of the office; supply management
oversee office supplies, order as needed and keep track of inventory. Maintain upkeep of
office equipment such as computers and printers troubleshooting for system problems
answering phones
assist with updating the office
assist with putting together portfolio and manage website updates
misc. social media updates
project proposals
license renewals
research on business needs
making sure office is running while owner is out on job sites & meetings
maintaining organization of office files
project management structure (create job binders, archive old projects)
maintain materials and sample library
depending on experience and background applicant may be called upon to assist in project
submittals through the County and City agencies
run errands as needed to assist architects
Required Skills:
Apple Pages & amp; Numbers (we are a MAC based office and expect familiarity with MAC OS)
working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.); Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Strong graphic design skills a plus
strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, excellent written and communication skills
comfortable troubleshooting issues with printers, computers, and scanners is a plus
self-directed, highly motivated with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of clients,
vendors, and staff
must have a vehicle and valid drivers license
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
