We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Insurance Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain client relationships
Access customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
Quote and sell policies from various carriers
Handle renewals, changes and claims assistance
Meet target sales and maintain compliance standards
Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Active Insurance license in California
Previous insurance experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self motivated with strong organizational habits
Bilingual helpful but not required
