Executive Assistant Needed at Escarraga's Luxury Cleaning
ABOUT US
We're on the lookout for a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to join our CEO Office at Escarraga's Luxury Cleaning. This role is crucial in keeping our executive team running smoothly, managing client relations, and maintaining a professional atmosphere. The perfect candidate will be proactive, possess outstanding communication skills, and have a solid understanding of the cleaning industry.
COMPENSATION
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $21 - $24, depending on experience. It's a part-time role with up to 25 hours per week in-office, with the option for remote work on weekends if needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred: Some college education
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in an office support or administrative role
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Typing speed of 45+ WPM
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service & Communication:
Promptly respond to client inquiries and escalate to the CEO Office as necessary
Coordinate communication between the CEO Office, clients, and internal teams
Operational Support:
Maintain an organized operations calendar for the Director of Operations
Assist with scheduling cleaning jobs, staff assignments, and project timelines
Gather and organize project/job reports, quotes, and operational data
Support the CEO Office in preparing presentations and reports
Administrative Support:
Schedule internal and external meetings and prepare meeting rooms
Take detailed meeting minutes for internal meetings
Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring managers
Office Management:
Maintain an organized and well-stocked office environment
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed
Create and update documents such as letters, reports, and memos
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Experience with basic bookkeeping or accounting is a plus
Familiarity with cleaning industry-specific software (scheduling, reporting, etc.)
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
Experience with HR processes
