We're hiring for a customer service and storage office position at our Anbar business. No prior experience is required—we're looking for someone eager to learn and grow with our team.
Responsibilities Include:
providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish
answer and manage multiple phone calls and in-person inquiries
use basic computer programs (Excel/Word) to update records
process rent payments and follow up on overdue accounts
maintain organized customer files and documentation
assist with U-haul reservations and equipment handling
lift and move items up to 50lbs as needed
work weekdays and weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays)
Requirements:
high school diploma, GED or equivalent
punctual, dependable, and a good communicator
bilingual (English/Spanish)
comfortable with multitasking and handling multiple priorities
willingness to learn and take initiative
