Established Local Company in Salinas, CA, looking for:
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We are currently looking for PART-TIME office assistance with the potential to become a FULL-TIME job.
Qualifications:
- Computer Skills: Word, Excel, and Email
-Bilingual: Communicate well in English and Spanish
Job Responsibilities:
- File and organize all of the moving contracts, invoices, and quotes.
- Answer incoming/outgoing calls
- Write office correspondence and emails
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and scanning documents
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 10:00am to 5:00pm
Pay rate:
Compensation is based on skills/experience
