We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will take pride in ensuring our property is meticulously cared for and kept immaculate.
This role is essential in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general groundskeeping duties including but not limited to weeding, sweeping, and pressure washing.
Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, sanding, and cleaning common areas.
Maintain laundry rooms in a clean and orderly condition. Ensuring all cement areas are free of debris, oils, etc.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
Ensure all areas of the property are kept immaculate, enhancing the overall resident experience.
Collaborate with the management team to prioritize tasks and report any significant maintenance concerns.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and upkeep.
Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of repair and maintenance techniques.
