You will be reporting directly to the Construction Supervisor or Project Manager responsible for your projects. You will be the person responsible for the landscape and irrigation installation of each project you are assigned.ResponsibilitiesWork under general supervision of the Project Manager & SupervisorEnsure proper, safe, efficient, and timely completion of landscape installation projectsThoroughly understand and review all project related documents provided including scope of work, plans, details, specifications, RFI’s, submittals, change orders, etc.Install all aspects of irrigation systems including programming of controllers, flow sensors, decoders, etc.Hardscape installation, including base rock, pavers, DG, gravel, boulders, etc.Install site furnishings (bike racks, benches, etc.)Attend site meetings as requiredManage sub-tier subcontractors as requiredHandle day-to-day operations of construction crewUtilize Aspire to clock in crew on mobile app and manage labor hoursPerform weekly safety meetings on Got Safety appSite clean upMaintain equipment and vehicle at a basic level (weekly inspections to ensure safe operation)Ability to check email, calendar, Microsoft Teams, Aspire Issues and FieldwireAdditional duties as assignedRequirementsPossess valid Calif.
