Job Description:
Communicates and ensures completion of New Hire Checklist, which outlines employment requirements such as degree/license/certification verification, criminal background check, employee health clearance, I-9 forms, etc. and on-boarding requirements such as tax forms, direct deposit, parking, benefit enrollment
Processes confirmation receipts to new hires upon satisfactory completion of all on-boarding documentation; notifies appropriate parties that new hire checklist is complete; assists in tracking completion
Maintains records of all job offers and employment and on-boarding documentation which includes scanning and indexing all new hire documentation into database and attaching appropriate documents to online requisition
Reviews processes associated with on-boarding and information collected; recommends changes for improvements and efficiencies; receives and responds to issues about the on-boarding and orientation process; may serve as backup for other HR support positions as necessary; performs other duties as assigned.
