Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Schedule Coordinator & Patient Concierge. This hybrid role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our patients while maintaining an efficient appointment schedule for the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the office.
Front desk operations, including answering phone calls and handling check-ins and check-outs. Confirm appointments and follow up on cancellations or reschedules.
Act as a liaison between patients and the clinical team to ensure smooth communication.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the scheduling system.
Collaborate with the team to enhance patient experiences and improve scheduling processes.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental, orthodontic, or healthcare setting preferred.
Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced practice.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills.
