Professional Bartender and Bar back needed at Mezzaluna Pasteria and Mozzarella Bar
Set schedule Wednesday-Sunday 4pm-closing. Mondays and Tuesdays off / Closed Christmas and Thanksgiving
Can start immediately, will train with current bartender.
Must be willing to follow Mezzaluna specs as well as create 3-4 new cocktails seasonally while following our fresh seasonal Italian concept. We are an Amaro Bar as well as offering over 30 hand crafted cocktails on the current list.
looking for an individual that has a great positive attitude, personable, gets along well with others, a team player, very clean and organized, has experience with volume, doesn't take themselves too serious, no drama, very committed to a long term position. 100% committed and available.
We are a green certified restaurant.
We use only the best possible fresh seasonal produce and product in our bar.
responsibilities will include ordering product, inventory, etc
We offer hourly wage + 10% of the server tips go to bar + dinner
