Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced PM Servers and PM Cooks to join our team. As a PM Server, you will be the face of Il Vecchio during evening hours, providing top-notch service to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
Ensure guests have a positive dining experience by attending to their needs and requests
Handle payments and process transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dining area
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
Uphold the highest standards of customer service and restaurant protocols
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines is a plus
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
