Position Available: Dishwasher / Porter - at a modern fine dining, dinner-only restaurant serving Californian cuisine in Carmel-by-the-Sea.
Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, 2pm to close (usually 10 or 11pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain clean and orderly dish station
- Take special care with fine china, hand blown glassware, silverware
- Consistently all items back in the right places
- Regular sweeping of the kitchen
- End of night cleaning of customer and employee restrooms
Compensation:
- $25 per hour+, daily family meal, employee discount
Qualifications:
- Valid food handler card
- 2 years minimum experience in a kitchen
