We are seeking a skilled and passionate bartender to join our team in beautiful Big Sur, CA who can help take our cocktail program to the next level.
THE JOB: BARTENDER
-Maintain an exceptional and intentional on-brand cocktail program from season to season, every service
-Efficiently prepares, mixes, serves and garnishes all alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages for the bar/dining room with precision
-Delivers unparalleled food and beverage service bar directly to bar guests
-Accurately prepares all cocktail recipes, mixes, batches and house-made bar ingredients.
-Continuously seeks new and innovative ways to elevate, improve and develop their technique
-Crafts and serves up creative seasonal and unique cocktails that complement our menu.
-Will work closely with our culinary team to create unique flavor combinations that enhance the dining experience
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and stored
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience bartending in a fine dining restaurant or upscale bar preferred
- Strong understanding of spirits and mixology and the ability to create unique and delicious cocktails
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Passion for food and beverage service, and a desire to constantly improve and evolve our offerings
- Commitment to upholding health and safety regulations
