We are looking for a full-time, hourly AM Pastry Sous chef to join our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
● Production of desserts to include, pies/tarts, laminated doughs, breads, cookies etc
Job Requirements
● Background in pastry baking.
● Have availability to work early morning - 3 am, weekends, and holidays when needed.
● Have the ability to accurately and efficiently multi task - measuring mixing and baking all at once.
