Big Sur Adventures in Pacific Grove and Carmel is now hiring both full-time and part-time staff at our busy e-Bike shops. Weekend availability is required.
Profit sharing starts after 1 month and grows with time and responsibilityinquire for details.
$20-$25/hr base pay (plus profit sharing) for experienced mechanics & guides. Those with useful tech skills can earn a higher wage as well.
E-bike Tour Guides must be good communicators, able to pass First Aid and CPR training, and able to quickly learn information about the history and nature of our area. A love of nature is a must! If you think you can make a good addition to our crew, on an "as-needed" basis, let us know.
Inexperienced bike shop personnel can start at $18 per hr. They will be cross trained in all aspects of our rental shop. Experience with bikes is not necessary.the little bit you need to know is easily taught. But you must have good communication skills and you must be comfortable working on various computer platforms.
Shop staff is allowed discretionary use of the e-bikes for personal use when we have extra, including occasional friend and family rides.
