Provide support to the accounting department in a part-time roll. Ideal candidate will be detail oriented ability to communicate and convey clearly, take initiative, multi-task, ability to prioritize tasks, ability to focus, work independently, maintain regular attendance and be punctual. Required minimum of 2-3 years related Accounting / Office Clerical experience is must.
Specific duties include, sort and organize department mail, categorize invoices, accurately record invoices, assist Accounting Department with other duties as needed and/or assigned.
