We are seeking a temporary Account Manager for a client on the Peninsula.
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Accounting Manager oversees all accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. Responsibilities include team leadership, financial reporting, payroll management, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting/forecasting, financial compliance, book reconciliation, financial analysis, project management support, and process improvement. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, has 5+ years of accounting experience with supervisory capacity, strong knowledge of GAAP, proficiency in financial software and Excel, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in the landscaping industry is preferred.
