Job Title: Experienced RV Technician
Location: Referral Auto Group, Escalon Ca

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced RV Technicians to join our dedicated team at Referral Auto Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of RV makes and models and deliver exceptional service to our community of adventure enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-delivery inspections and prepare new and used vehicles for customer delivery.
- Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on various types of recreational vehicles, including motorhomes and trailers.
- Install accessories and conduct modifications as per customer requests to include tow vehicle hitch installs of all types.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clarity and satisfaction in repair explanations and work performed.
- Maintain accurate records of all service work done on each vehicle.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an RV Technician.
- Strong knowledge of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical.
- Certification in RV maintenance and repair (e.g., RVIA or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Tools required and necessary to perform all scopes of RV repair and diagnostic
- Commitment to maintaining a safe workspace and adherence to safety practices.
We Offer:
- Competitive salary based on experience with production bonus $32-$40 per hour depending on experience and production.
