This position will require basic knowledge of computer data entry, record keeping, organizational skills and document control. Ability to work with accuracy with oversight of sensitive documents and review of results. It is necessary to be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Good communication skills and the ability to interact with others in a friendly and positive manner. This position will sit for lengths of time, and will spend occasional time on the production floor gathering data, filling out forms or reviewing processes and procedures as needed.
Previous food processing experience and bilingual a plus must be able to sit, stand, walk and work safely in office and production processing environment.
