Key Responsibilities:
General office support and administrative assistance
Invoicing and estimating
Bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable
Communicating with clients, vendors, and team members
Managing files, job tracking, and scheduling tasks
Data entry and basic tasks in Excel and Word
Requirements:
Proficient with computers (Word, Excel, PDFs, file management)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to write clear, professional emails and estimates
Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Dependable, with strong follow-through
Required Qualifications:
Experience in construction, estimating, or a related field
Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
Basic bookkeeping or invoicing experience
