Turnall BnB LLC SubContractor
Program
Turnall Subcontracting program is designed to help small, new, and/or aspiring cleaning
business entrepreneurs launch their company fast, efficiently, and profitably. The program is
ideal for any cleaning entrepreneurs who:
➢ Prefer to work in the field and avoid the headaches of hiring a large staff
➢ Are struggling to find their own commercial cleaning contracts
➢ Looking to gain experience to build an independent company
➢ Lack the administrative skills but have the trade skills
➢ Looking to earn a good full-time or supplemental income via commercial cleaning
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
A. To become a Turnall Subcontractor (or Subcontractor for one of our Affiliate Partners in
your local area) you must pay the subcontractor fee of $2500
B. The $2500 subcontractor fee covers the cost of your initial certification training
C. There is an optional additional fee of $500 to supply you with Turnall approved
commercial grade supplies and equipment
D. Training will include; but not be limited to: how to clean, customer service,
entrepreneurial training, general business practice, etc.
E. After you finish training and get certified you can officially partner with us as a
subcontractor and begin providing cleaning services for our customers
F. Turnall BnB will find the customers, sign them to service agreements, invoice the
customers, and receive payment from the customers.
G. We will pay you (the subcontractor) 80% of the gross revenue from each customer that
you serve. Turnall BnB will keep 20% of the payment from the customers.
H. There will be no non-compete agreement in place to stop you from going out and getting
your own accounts for yourself, in addition to the accounts that you clean for TurnAll
BnB. There will be a non-compete agreement in place for accounts you clean that
belong to Turnall BnB LLC.
