ROLE SUMMARY
This opportunity would be for a dependable individual that is also trustworthy. As a Seeding Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the process of seeding and germination of our products. This is the initial point of contact in production of our products, so being effective in your work is important.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Exemplify and represent Go Green Agriculture’s core values to all team members and visitors.
Perform/record pre-operational check list before transplant is started
Conduct pre-operational walkthrough on east side to verify no issues
Safely add/remove/adjust direction of trays going into tray washer
Oversee operation of the transplant robot and greenhouse booms
Ensure all plants are transplanted according to quality standards, removing and replacing any subpar plants and record any issues found
Verify correct transplant age, quality, and quantity as well as soil moisture of plants
Dispose of any excess and or subpar plants as needed
Follow transplant schedule and record which bays are transplanted into by seed date
Track efficiencies throughout day and meet targets for the week
Monitor proper input into transplant robot
Manage walkthrough on east side to ensure gullies are being transferred into bays correctly
Responsible for Irrigation and verification of proper moisture of plants in propagation bays
Notify and follow up with technicians if conveyor sensors issues are found
Carefully remove any empty trays and gullies from area and conveyors
Accurately transplant experimental varieties and document using form and labels
Visually verify gullies are being loaded in the correct A/B pattern before being transplanted
Maintain complete transplant log, transplant QC sampling, and end of the day records
Safely complete post operational tasks: Clean area, stop equipment and conveyors, wiping down transplant robot including fingers, clear remaining trays from transport conveyors, remove any fallen plants from ground, remove any remaining gullies not in system, replace tools in designated area
