Responsibilities:
- Perform various lawn care and maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Use an iPad for daily job assignments, time tracking, and communication.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Proficient in using an iPad for job-related tasks.
- Capable of performing physical labor and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to showing up every day with a purpose.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in the landscape industry.
