Your primary mission will be to oversee the Maintenance Planning team, ensuring the highest levels of performance, accuracy, and efficiency. Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration plus 2 years of technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

1 year direct Supervisory experience required.

Required to work an off shift (swing or graveyard) when scheduled, as needed.

Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions.

Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Required to work onsite, at assigned facilities, due to hands-on nature of the work and need for direct coordination with maintenance team.

Up to 25% travel required for this role, regularly to Fresno, Livingston, Central Coast, North Coast Wineries; occasional travel required to new acquisitions sites elsewhere, within the U.S.

Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart

Master’s degree in engineering or business administration plus 4 years of technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience, in a manufacturing environment, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

Black Belt certification.

Experience applying LEAN methodology.

Demonstrates team building, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Experience working with Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and establishing sound maintenance procedures to assure equipment reliability.

Compensation:

Hiring Salary Range Posted: $81,000 - $121,600 / year

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
