We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Support Representative / Office Admin to join our company. Requirements:
No Experience willing to Trained Right Person for the position
Some previous experience in customer service/office skills but not required
Must be 18 years of age and Older
Must have Transportation Clean DMV Record
Must have typing skills and 10-key skills
Dressed Proffessional at all time Jeans are ok
Dependable and detail-oriented
General knowledge of Anwsering Phones and Calling customers
Knowledge of Word Doc or Google Doc (a plus)
General knowledge of Excel software (a plus)
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Outgoing, positive personality with customers and coworkers
Available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday some Thursday and Friday might be required
Responsibilities:
Create work orders for new customers and projects submitted by Office Admin
Schedule jobs for our team, coordinating with the Driver and workers to ensure timely completion and efficient workflow
Monitor job progress and schedule pickups upon completion
Assist in ordering products online from various suppliers
Update and manage CRM software database
Provide customer service and quotes for various customers
Help manage inventory to fulfill program orders
Answer phones and provide customer assistance as needed
Support both owners CEO / Vice President with various projects as required
