Accountant/Bookkeeper

Small, single member LLC (no employees) looking for experienced part-time accountant/bookkeeper. LLC collects rent, pays utilities, and other typical expenses on four commercial properties. Overall, a pretty simple business model. We need help to keep up the books following GAAP and get everything ready for income taxes. Estimate 8-16 hours per month. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Ten years of accounting/bookkeeping experience required. Work will be done remotely.
