Manage daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence and meet performance goals.
Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize warehouse workflows and improve productivity.
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular stock audits.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
