Collaborate with the VP of Finance to oversee the tax compliance lifecycle.

Review year-end tax workpapers and investor K-1 packages.

Assist in preparing quarterly tax estimates for General Partner entities.

Manage annual foreign filings and review federal and state tax returns.

Support tax analyses for distributions and complex GP allocations.

Contribute to tax analysis for portfolio company acquisitions and restructuring.

Process U.S. federal tax withholding and state tax payments.

Maintain accurate tax accounts, including 704(b) basis.

Provide assistance to the Director of Finance - Management Company on tax-related matters.

Review quarterly tax estimates and year-end workpapers/K-1 packages.

Develop tax strategies for Management Company Members.

Requirements

5-9 years of tax compliance experience

Bachelor's degree and CPA license required

Experience focused on asset management funds

Hungry, intelligent, humble with no ego; analytical thinker/problem solver

Strong foundation in tax; relied on for tax implications and changes

Self-starter, proactive in learning and improvement
