Lead and document technical research for complex transactions.
Review entries for LP interest transfers and ongoing LP contact changes.
Address LP inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Valuations
Assisting with closes
Financial statement preparations
Requirements
Key requirements:
Bachelors in Accounting
6+ years of public audit (VC, PE clients) or currently working in-house within the Venture Capital or Private Equity Industry
Comfort working in a hands-on role helping to drive accounting close and yearly audit.
Advanced Excel modeling skills; previous experience with ERP systems (specifically Investran, Intacct, QuickBooks) a plus
