Manage fund accounting, tracking investments, capital calls, distributions, and valuations.
Prepare financial statements and oversee bank reconciliations and payments.
Maintain LP records, manage inquiries, and coordinate document distribution (K-1s, capital statements).
Support audits, investment data tracking, and cap table reconciliations.
Collaborate with legal, operations, and investment teams on fund operations.

1.5–4 years in venture capital, private equity audit (Big 10 firm preferred).
Strong fund accounting skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
CPA or progress toward certification preferred.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical with excellent communication skills.
Adaptable and eager to grow in a fast-paced, team-driven culture.
