Need a person to help manage a small 1000 sq. ft. cabin renovation on a 1.7 acre site. Owners live 3 hours away, therefore need a local to help.
Part time role, work includes:
1. Coordinate and meet electricians, plumbers, architect, gardeners etc. at the house. Make sure they have what they need.
2. Help with carpentry, bathroom renovation if you have these skills.
3. Drop off permit applications & check on status.
4. Replace appliances & set them up.
5. Help with or coordinate landscape and tree work.
6. Report on status of the work to owners.
10 to 20 hours per week, for about 3-4 months.
Starting ASAP.
