Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Groundskeeping Assistant to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our well-kept mobile home park. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Experience is helpful but not required – we are willing to train the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine landscaping and grounds maintenance (e.g., mowing, trimming, raking, blowing)
Assist with outdoor repairs and upkeep of park facilities
Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and orderly
Requirements:
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with others
Valid California Driver’s License
Must be legal to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Friendly and respectful attitude toward residents and coworkers
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, operate tools/equipment, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Willing to learn and follow instructions
