We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Construction Coordinator to support the Home Hardening Program. In this role, you will collaborate with contractors, team coordinators, and key stakeholders to implement effective fire mitigation strategies, ensuring homes are built to withstand fire risks. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple tasks, coordinating with contractors, overseeing project timelines, and maintaining clear communication to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

Level I Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00
Level II Pay Rate: $24.00 - $28.80
Level III Pay Rate: $28.80 - $34.56
Rates depend on education and experience.
Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, 12 months/year

POSITION OVERVIEW
Under general oversight and direction, the Construction Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and coordination of the strategies and activities to meet the overall goals and/or funder requirements related to assigned projects. This is a highly collaborative position that requires creativity, an ability to think strategically, and above average communication and organizational skills. This position may be called upon to act as a liaison to local, regional, state, or federal partners, as well as engage with contractors, clients and members of the community, requiring a high level of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
