Mendocino Grove offers one of California's most stunning glamping experiences and we're looking for an enthusiastic camping-loving couple to join our team as Camp Hosts for this season, with potential to stay free through winter for the right match! Live on-site in your own RV while working together to manage both opening and closing shifts, ensuring our guests have an exceptional glamping experience in our beautiful coastal setting.

Compensation: $21.50/hour per person
Housing: RV site provided on our gorgeous property
Schedule: Opening and closing shifts (coordinate between yourselves)
Daily Responsibilities
Opening shift (6-9am):
Maintain bathrooms, showers, and utility areas to pristine condition
Set up morning amenities including coffee, tea, and hot cocoa station
Start morning community fire and prepare outdoor seating areas
Support kitchen staff as needed during breakfast service
Closing shift (10pm-midnight):
Welcome late-arriving guests and assist with check-in
Ensure campground quiet hours are respected
Perform final facilities check and restock supplies
Secure amenities (sauna, pathway lighting, community spaces)
Requirements
Must be a couple with your own RV
High school diploma/GED
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented with a friendly, helpful attitude
Physically able to lift 30 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in various coastal weather conditions
Previous camping, hospitality, or property management experience a plus
