We are looking for an energetic Front Desk Agent to join our team!
A casual environment dealing with, mostly, visitors from the San Francisco Bay Area and the balance from other parts of CA, Europe, Russia, Asia and South America. Spanish is helpful but not necessary.
Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Receiving all incoming calls as the first point of contact (providing general information, checking availability, taking reservations, etc.)
- Handling check-in and check-out procedures daily.
- Taking and confirming reservations for future guests.
- Assisting guests with concierge-related activities.
- Terrific work environment.
The ideal candidate should have a pleasant disposition and enjoy working closely with people. This person must have great communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to multi-task with a good degree of accuracy.
Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail are paramount qualities for this position. Hotel/Inn experience is desirable but not necessary if we find the candidate with the right capabilities and background.
Shifts for this position may include evenings, weekends and holidays, so flexibility in your schedule is imperative. Location, Ukiah. Average 25-40 hours per week (if part or full time). Hourly salary plus commissions on sales.

Public Relations or Front Desk: 1 year

Class 3 driver's license and a car
