Job Title: Shop ApprenticeJob Description
Join our dynamic team as a Shop Apprentice and perform routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on owned compressors, dryers, gas generators, and ancillary equipment.
You will adhere to manufacturer’s recommendations for maintenance schedules and scopes, troubleshoot and perform diagnostics on malfunctioning equipment, determine causes for malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs.
Testing and documentation of equipment operating parameters before and after maintenance are also key responsibilities.
You will provide basic tools and maintain them, along with the equipment.
This role requires a commitment to learning including VSD’s, industrial networks, remote monitoring, and air audits, as well as delivering high-level customer service by responding to customer needs and exceeding expectations.
As an ambassador for our company, you will project a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image, contributing to positive branding.
All duties are performed in alignment with our standards, focusing on the needs and expectations of the customer.
Safety is paramount, and appropriate actions should be taken to perform tasks safely. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Hard Skills
Technical experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment
Strong mechanical and electrical skills
Expertise in maintenance, overhaul, and repair of industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics
Computer proficiency for communication, research, work orders, and programming controllers
